Refund policy

At THE POWERHOUSE, all products are custom-made to order specifically for you through print-on-demand fulfillment. Because of the bespoke nature of our apparel, we handle returns and replacements under the following terms:

Damages, Defects & Printing Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product or size from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at jj.ruizescoto1998@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement order or issue a full refund immediately at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to ship the damaged item back.

Sizing and Change of Mind
Because each item is printed uniquely after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on each product page prior to placing your order.

Order Cancellations
Orders enter automated production shortly after checkout. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at jj.ruizescoto1998@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production fulfillment, it can no longer be edited or canceled.
