SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at THE POWERHOUSE. All of our apparel and accessories are custom-printed and manufactured on demand specifically for you once an order is placed.

1. Production & Fulfillment Times
Because our garments are printed on demand to guarantee premium quality, every order requires a brief production window before dispatch:
- Production Time: 2-4 business days.
- During high-volume drop releases or holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States:
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 USD (Estimated transit: 3–5 business days).
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on all orders over $100.00 USD.

Canada:
- Standard International Shipping: $7.99 USD (Estimated transit: 5–10 business days).

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is printed and handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or local postal service), you will automatically receive an email with your official tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to show active updates.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)
Shipments to Canada may occasionally be subject to local customs fees, import taxes, or duties assessed by Canadian customs upon entry. THE POWERHOUSE is not responsible for any additional charges incurred at local customs; these remain the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully verify your shipping address during checkout. We cannot adjust delivery addresses once an order has been submitted to production and dispatched. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not located it, please check with household members, building reception, or your local carrier branch before opening an inquiry.
